- Our handmade products are made-to-order and are customisable according to your specifications. Due to the nature of these products and hygiene reasons we do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, is defective or there's a personalisation error made by us.

Shipping:
- We will do our best to get your order shipped to you as quickly as we can, our processing time is 3-5days.
- If you need your order to arrive before the estimated delivery date please choose express delivery instead of standard at checkout. If your express delivery doesn't arrive on time please message us.
- During peak holiday seasons, shipping times may be longer than usual due to carrier delays. We recommend placing your orders in advance to ensure timely delivery.
- We will work with you and the shipping courier to help resolve any issues after shipping. If your not going to be home on the day and time of your delivery please ensure that you let your delivery courier know and rearrange the delivery day and time to avoid any disappointments.
